Event Indemnity Agreement

I hereby acknowledge and agree to take full responsibility for my child, and their whereabouts, as well as their belongings, during the Christmas tree event scheduled to take place on Saturday, 6 December 2025 at the Sunningdale Park.
I understand that Sunningdale Pharmacy is organizing and hosting the aforementioned event and that the Company will not be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or loss of property that may occur during the event.
By signing this indemnity agreement, I assume full responsibility for:
1.	The safety and supervision of my child throughout the duration of the event.
2.	Ensuring that my mine and my child's personal belongings are secure and accounted for at all times during the event.
3.	Any damages or harm caused by my child to third parties, property, or any part of the event venue.

I hereby release and discharge the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my child's participation in the event.
I understand that I am solely responsible for any costs or expenses that may arise as a result of my child's actions or any damage to property during the event.
I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this indemnity agreement and agree to abide by them in their entirety.
